The founder of CarIntellect, Eng. George-Adrian Dincă, is a certified engineer and a graduate of the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, Faculty of Transport, with a specialization in Road Vehicles.
He also completed a master’s degree in Traffic Management and Intelligent Transport Systems at the same institution, further strengthening his professional profile through a modern perspective on mobility and smart infrastructure.

With more than two decades of experience in the transport sector, he is widely recognized for his contributions to the development of technical systems for vehicle evaluation, testing, and safety, as well as for his involvement in projects focused on the modernization and digitalization of processes within the automotive industry.

Throughout his career, he has led multidisciplinary teams, contributed to the modernization of automotive testing infrastructure, and consistently promoted technical excellence grounded in rigor and innovation.

His vision of future mobility is built on technical rigor, responsibility, and the integration of artificial intelligence into transport systems.
